I acknowledge and agree to Signature IT's standard payment terms, being payment due from the date of invoice in accordance with the terms agreed between the parties. I further acknowledge that Signature IT reserves the right to approve, decline, or vary the credit limit or terms at its sole discretion at any time.

I understand and agree that, where applicable, hardware and equipment may require full or partial payment in advance, with any remaining balance payable upon completion of installation or delivery.

I acknowledge that this application is subject to Signature IT's Master Terms and Conditions, and agree that the applicant will be bound by those terms as amended from time to time.
